Fine-tuning the performance of your ARI robot involves making adjustments to components like the vacuum sensor set-point. This guide offers detailed steps on adjusting the set-point for both Festo and SMC controlled vacuums, ensuring your robot operates at the recommended set-point of -65 kPa.

The following procedure explains how to adjust the vacuum set-point on robots with Festo controlled vacuums and SMC controlled vacuums. Both vacuum types are adjusted directly on the vacuum and not on the robot pendant. ARI recommends a set-point of -65 kPa.
